Founded by environmentalist and humanitarian Olivier Behra, Aroma Forest produces and markets essential oils sourced from production sites in Madagascar. Supported by the NGO 'L'Homme et l'Environnement', Aroma Forest was established to have positive impacts on the environment and climate, as well as to support the local community in its efforts to preserve biodiversity.

Aroma Forest has taken steps to demonstrate its commitments. The Malagasy company was the first producer of essential oils to be certified for its fair and organic commitments towards biodiversity by the UEBT (Union for Ethical Bio Trade). Aroma Forest essential oils are also the first in the world to have been certified Wildlife Friendly®, proving that their production methods support wildlife conservation.

The Aroma Forest team

In 2022, Olivier Behra decided to establish an Aroma Forest structure in France. The goal is to provide professionals in aromatherapy and individuals directly with the best essential oils produced, but also to allow everyone to contribute directly to rural development programs and biodiversity conservation. The team is led by Olivier Behra, supported for research and development by chemist and nose Manon Marceau, for the coordination of production teams and environmental conservation by Saroy Rasoloson, and for marketing by Elina Kandjy and her teams.

As a small business, we take pride in our commitment to a responsible and environmentally friendly approach to production in Madagascar. Our dedication to sustainable farming practices and alignment with seasonal cycles are essential to maintaining the exceptional quality of our products. We acknowledge that stockouts may occur, and we understand that this may be disappointing for you. Browse our selection of essential oils, add your desired items to your cart, then proceed to checkout by following the steps one by one, entering the necessary information for parcel delivery as well as the desired delivery method, and proceed to the payment step to finalize the order. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order is validated, and to allow for swift dispatch, it is directly forwarded to the logistics department for preparation. Therefore, we no longer have control over your order to make modifications/cancellations. Additionally, since shipping costs vary with the weight of the parcel, any already processed order cannot be modified. Unfortunately, it is impossible to change the delivery address once it has been forwarded for logistical preparation. However, rest assured, if your parcel is returned to us, upon receipt, we will proceed with refunding or resending the order to the correct address as soon as possible.
The payment methods accepted on our website are credit and debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD.
Once validated, your order is electronically transmitted to our logistics department in the Paris region, which prepares and ships orders within 48 hours on business days for any order placed before 1 p.m.

Your payment is processed through the Stripe platform, which is entirely secure. Your data is encrypted and cannot be hacked in any way. Stripe collects the payment and reimburses us, which is why you may see this name on your statement regarding your order payment. No need to worry, this is perfectly normal. For refunds, we also use Stripe, via the payment method used during purchase. The transfer may take between 2 to 5 days, depending on your bank.
